Q: I HAVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT DIETS BUT NONE OF THEM SEEM TO WORK , WHAT IS A GOOD DIET ?
A: Diets wont fix your problem. The problem with diets there mainly temporary. 30 day this , 20 day that. You need a dicipline change. Because after thoes 30 days are up your back to your normal routine of eating and a candy bar here , drive thru there , donut here and that latte all adds up quickly. Limit yourself and track your consumption. Portion control and always ask yourself..

Everything is good in moderation, but it’s the diet that sets you up for failure. Make a meal plan and follow it.
