Q: I’m very limited on the time I have in the gym . What do you recommend for someone who has 30 minutes or less in the gym

A: 2 things SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS !

There’s two workouts that come to mind when I hear quick and results. If I’m on a crunch for time I will do SQUATS and DEADLIFT’S and a good stretch or follow-up with yoga when I get home. Deadlifts engage your whole body and the results are endless !!! Great for your core and posture.

Squats have the same benefits very similar to deadlifts. With good form and proper movement through the squat you can increase your muscle growth and size while burning fat and getting a quick workout in.
