Q: How often do you workout ?

A: How often I workout all depends on my recovery. Typically I never workout more than 2 days in a row. That’s also depending on how hard or intense my workout was

If you’re giving 100% each time you exercise then odds are you may need AT LEAST 2 rest days. Your muscles don’t grow while you’re in the gym. Your muscles recover within the 24 – 72 hours outside of the gym. Key factors in muscle recovery are.

– SLEEP

– NUTRITION

– ACTIVE REST

– WALKING

– YOGA

– LONG STRETCHES

– many basic daily activities

” GOING TO THE GYM EVERY DAY BECAUSE NO DAYS OFF ”

Many people take that the wrong way. Going to the gym every day lifting and going hard you have a higher risk for injury. If the Muscles and body do not recuperate properly , there’s a solid chance your going to get hurt in the long run. Then you’ll be spending lots of time outside of the gym. So play it safe recover, stay highdrates and use supplaments as needed. Protein shakes , and your Branch chained amino acids are building blocks for proper recovery. And solid nutrition !!!!
