  • RAW SPINACH – GOES GREAT WITH EGGS

  • BLUE BERRIES

  • BANANA

  • COFFEE WITH ALMOND MILK AND COCONUT

  • EGG WHITES

  • ALMONDS

  • CASHEWS

  • PROTEIN PANCAKES

  • BACON – FOR OMEGA -3 AND OLEIC ACID

  • WHEAT TOAST

  • ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

  • GREEN TEA

  • ALL NATURAL GREEK YOGURT

  • BROCCOLI – GREAT RAW TO SHRED ON EGGS

MORE WILL BE ADDED AS TIME GOES ON. IF YOU ARE FASTING THIS IS STILL GREAT FOR YOUR 1ST MEAL. KEEP ALL THINGS PORTIONED AND WATCH YOUR MACROS. ALL FOOD ITEMS SHOULD BE BASED OF YOUR BENEFITS. IF YOU WANT TO BUILD MORE MUSCLE AND STRENGTH FOCUS MORE ON THE WHOLE GRAINS AND HIGH PROTEIN FOODS. IF YOU ARE LEANING OUT AND TRYING TO CUT FAT. FRUIT AND PROTEIN ARE BEST FOR YOUR BREAKFAST. KEEP IT LOW CARB WHEN BURNING FAT HIGH PROTEIN.
